Pam Graves, co-owner of Downtown Fitness and the Director of Aerobics, is passionate about helping women on their journey to health and fitness. With over 12 years in the health and fitness industry, Pam has extensive experience and training in Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction. 
Outside of Downtown Fitness, Pam utilizes her passion for fitness as a Physical Education teacher at a local school. Pam is also the wife of Cory Graves and mother of two beautiful children, Brandon and Ashley.

Jackie Trombly was a longtime member and group exercise instructor before becoming one of the gym’s owners. She also manages her family’s business, Frazier and Son Furniture. When she isn’t working, she can be found hiking a mountain to watch the sunrise with her rescue dog, Quinn, or spending time with her family, including her daughter Abella and her partner Mark. Also, Jackie and her family are anxiously anticipating the arrival of a baby boy due March 2019!

My name is Ashley Graves and I am the office manager of Downtown Fitness. You will see me at the front desk greeting you as you enter, signing ladies up for memberships, giving tours, and keeping the gym in tip top shape! I am currently studying to become a veterinary technician through Penn Foster online. I worked at a local pet styling salon for 5 years and loved every bit of that job, I am a huge animal lover! I am on my own health/ fitness journey and look forward to reaching my goals with the fabulous community we have at our gym. Hi, my name is Christine Driscoll I like to be called Chris. I hail from Scotland but have been in the States for nearly 23 years now. I have 3 grownup children and 6 grandchildren. I love to work out and know from when my kids were small the trouble of finding someone to look after them to let me go too a gym so I am glad to have been offered the position in the childcare at Downtown Fitness.

I'm a native to Keene and have been a member at this gym for 13 years. 
I spend my days with 3-5 year olds who show me how to stay young and fun. Then usually adult afterwards trying to undue some of the things aging does to us, here at the gym. Afterwards I can often be found working in childcare or at the desk.
My spare time is usually spent being mobbed by my furry kids or creating art. I have come to be known as the resident artist at Downtown Fitness.

Let me begin by saying “I love working here!” I have been here since the beginning of this amazing gym. I am a former personal trainer and have been exercising for 45 years. I’m currently working the front desk at Downtown Fitness Keene and I enjoy training people on the proper use of our exercise equipment. My main focus is to make people feel comfortable and at ease here and to help them meet their fitness goals. I reside in Swanzey with my wonderful husband. We have two grown sons and a beautiful 12 year old granddaughter.

 I grew up in the Monadnock region and continue to live here; I love the changing seasons and the friendly people! I work as a preschool teacher in the Monadnock School District and love my time learning and growing with my students. In my spare time I enjoy walking, swimming, kayaking, reading and being with friends and family.

I am a certified group trainer I am experienced in TRX training and I am a personal trainer. I am hoping to get certified in spinning soon! From Manchester Vermont, a resident of Swanzey NH for the past 24 yrs.
It began with gymnastics, basketball, softball, cheerleading, competitive swimming, synchronized swimming, diving, running, water skiing, and cycling on the side. After a 33 year hiatus in the restaurant business, and 2 years as a Veterinary Assistant, she reclaimed her fitness base via group fitness and Spinning. 
She earned her Spin certification in 2013 and currently enjoys a new career as an instructor. She has currently achieved Lifetime Certification and continues her Spinning education. Recently Sue has had a Spin Profile chosen as a Profile of the Month through

Karen Fabianski is an avid cyclist and lives just south of Keene with her husband. When not cycling she can be found in the classroom teaching Engineering to college bound high school students. Living a life of balance between hard work and play is life’s journey. Karen can be found at any number of cycling organizations in and around the region, and she is involved in cycling challenges from 25 milers to a most recent century (100 mile) ride!

school with dashes of dance, ballet, and crew. After college my search
for a home gym eventually brought my Mom and I to Downtown Fitness.

After my first spin class (yes, I was a little apprehensive) I was
hooked. Now I love being an instructor, I can't believe it's been 5
years already! My favorite is helping someone realize Spin is a great
form not just cardio but stress relief. Come ride with me!

Cindy Sterling Clark is a 500 hr CYT - Kripalu certified yoga teacher (2000), a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist (2004), Hits The Spot Yoga (2016) - and a non-practicing RN (2006). She has been living in the Monadnock Region for three decades and is the founder of Sterling Studios, LLC. Cindy teaches with the philosophy that Yoga is good for everyone, no matter what your shape, size, health status or age may be.
When not studying and teaching yoga, she has her hands in solid waste. Whether it is hazardous, recyclable, reusable, or compostable, Cindy helps residents, businesses, and municipalities discover the best possible management practice for stuff they no longer need.
"Preserving personal health and environmental health. The practice of Yoga is a wonderful means for awakening relationships with ourselves, our community, and our environment. It is the best possible management practice for body, mind, and spirit."
Cindy brings flow, fun, and compassion to her teachings. "If I cling to nothing, I can handle anything". Or in the words of Swami Kripalu: "Self awareness without judgement, is the highest form of spiritual practice."

Steph Bedaw is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated with high honors from Hesser College in Manchester NH in 2010. She is currently licensed to practice in New Hampshire and is versed in a multitude of different massage modalities such as, myofascial release, Trigger Point Release deep tissue, sports massage, ROM, hot stone, and Swedish massage and Thai Massage. She has also been a member of ABMPand is Functional Movement Technique trained in Rocktape. She has an office in the CrossFit Nashua box(Progressive Rehab Massage Therapy), and Therapeutic Alliance Massage Therapy in Keene. She loves working on athletes and those people who are trying to better themselves with good nutrition, health and exercise. She loves seeing results from her clients with injuries they are trying to rehab.

It’s a great feeling to know that I’m making a difference in people’s lives when they come to see me. I’m sometimes the last resort for those in pain looking for relief, and really I should be the first one they should call.


Yoga Instructor
Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the past 46 years. Throughout that time, I have maintained a regular personal practice - while raising my 2 children, while teaching and performing as a musician for many years, and during a hectic 17 year career at IBM. The benefits of yoga – stress relief, healing, and spiritual connection - have enabled me to have a healthy lifestyle and live life to the fullest, doing the things I love - travelling, gardening, running, piloting my own aircraft!  
I've studied many styles of yoga throughout the world - Ashtanga, Hatha, Bikram, Iyengar, Sivananda, Yin, Vinyasa. While travelling in Sri Lanka I was introduced to the Quantum Yoga method (, and was immediately drawn to its focus on inner listening and personalization. Upon my retirement from IBM I was delighted to return to study in India and Sri Lanka, completing my 200 hour training with Quantum Yoga's founder, Lara Baumann.  
Quantum's unique yoga education provided me with expertise in Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy, Vinyasa, and incorporating the modern principles of Quantum Physics into a yoga practice. The training focused on using Ayurveda alongside a yoga practice to bring our bodies, minds, and spirits into balance.
I believe that yoga can aid anyone at any age or level of ability who seeks greater health, wellbeing and peace in their daily lives. It is a way of life that I seek to share with others.
