Designed specifically for the young at heart, people recovering from an injury, beginners, and anyone looking for a great class that’s a little easier on the joints. These classes will focus on improving strength, endurance, range of motion, balance and an overall sense of well-being. Classes are low impact, even incorporating some chair exercises, while still giving you a great cardio and strength workout!

Please note that the third Friday of every month will be an hour long Chair Yoga class with Cindy Sterling.


Join us for a workout that uses your own bodyweight (and maybe some weights) to target multiple muscle groups at the same time for a more efficient workout. Easy to follow moves will help you strengthen and tone muscles and increase flexibility and balance all in this 1 hour class.

This class will have everything you need rolled into 1 hour. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, 20 minutes of core and flexibility. A great class for those who have worked out hard all week or for those who have not been able to. ALL fitness levels welcome! It’s your class – make it as hard as you need it to be or maybe a little lighter.



ABC Fusion: a perfect blend of no impact aerobic moves that focus on balance and core strength. If you are looking for something fun with a variety of moves to help you gain a stronger core and better balance then ABC Fusion is for you! Routines change every 4-6 weeks allowing you to feel confident and successful. Come and have fun while exercising.

Quantum Core Yoga focuses on deep core and upper body strength as well as rhythmic breathing, energetic flow, balancing poses, cleansing twists, and overall flexibility. Engagement of the abdominal as well as other key muscular groups helps provide power, strength and lightness of movement, both on the mat as well as in daily life. Quantum Core Yoga is a great way to safely strengthen the core, while calming and relaxing the mind at the same time. 
This class is open to yogis of all levels. Variations and modifications are available for all to feel challenged without being pushed too far.
